250 word synopsis:
On a rainy Vancouver night of love making, young and newly engaged couple Leo and Sandra call out the names of their past loves. Now struggling to save their relationship and avoid break up, the couple expose their residual feelings for their past loves, Ethan and Melissa.

Stress and couple commitment issues are challenged, and though Leo and Sandra want to be together and get married, they do not want Ethan and Melissa to feel left behind. Guilt and shame for being in a better relationship persists in fiancé Sandra.

The couple then invite their past loves over for a night of reconciliation and celebration.  At the celebration, a dinner celebration, Sandra discovers Melissa’s undying feelings and awkward obsession with past love Leo. Sandra wants Melissa to let go of Leo and to be friends with her. Sandra also confirms her betrayal with Ethan, and Ethan – against his heart – fights and propels himself to let go his past love Sandra, whom was never able to look past his mental disorder.

And as the four party animals take off their masks, exposing incidents that deprecated the trust they so held dearly for one another, the dinner celebration turns into a therapy session that four past loves thrusts themselves through. The idea of forgiveness surfaces for Sandra. With feelings so high and strong for one another, Sandra asks the question, “So it will take four years? Four years to get over a past love?” Is it possible to forgive oneself in life situations where your loyalty, and trust is simply not enough for the other half of the relationship?
